1. What we collect on this website
- Enquiry form: your name, WhatsApp number, and IndiaMART subscription status. This is stored in our private Google Sheet and emailed to us, and is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- WhatsApp contact: if you message us, your number and message are handled inside WhatsApp under Meta's terms.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the page (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type). These tools set cookies. Data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally.
2. What we collect as a service provider
When you become a client, we process your IndiaMART CRM key, the reply templates you approve, and your incoming lead data, strictly to run your automation. Leads are written to a Google Sheet owned by you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your buyers' data with anyone, and we do not contact your buyers.
3. Legal basis and retention (DPDP Act)
We process personal data with your consent and for the legitimate purpose of providing the service you requested, per India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client integration credentials are deleted within 30 days of termination.
4. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it; one message is enough. Contact hello@leadjeeto.in or WhatsApp +91 98331 41023. This address also serves as our grievance contact; we respond within 7 business days.
5. Third-party services
This site and service rely on Google (Sheets, Apps Script, Analytics, Fonts self-hosted), Microsoft Clarity, Meta (Pixel, WhatsApp), YouTube (demo video, loaded only when you press play), and IndiaMART's API. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
