1. Who we are

LeadJeeto ("we", "us") provides a done-for-you lead-response automation service for sellers on the IndiaMART marketplace: automatic WhatsApp and email replies to incoming enquiries, follow-up sequences, and lead logging to a Google Sheet owned by the customer.

LeadJeeto is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. "IndiaMART" is a trademark of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd., referenced only to describe compatibility. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. How the WhatsApp automation works: honest disclosure

Our service sends messages through WhatsApp-application-based automation, not through the official WhatsApp Business API operated by Meta. This is what makes per-message costs zero. You acknowledge that automating a WhatsApp account in this way is not officially sanctioned by WhatsApp's Terms of Service and that WhatsApp may restrict numbers it believes are automated. We mitigate this risk by only replying to buyers who have just enquired about your business, throttling messages to human-like speed, warming up new numbers gradually, and recommending a dedicated number. If your number is restricted while using our service as configured by us, we will assist with the appeal and/or migration to a replacement number at no additional service charge. We cannot guarantee WhatsApp's decisions.

4. Your data and your buyers' data

Leads captured by the system are written to a Google Sheet owned by you and sent from a WhatsApp account owned by you. We access the integration only to build, monitor, and repair it. We do not export, sell, share, or independently contact your buyers. On termination, the integration is disconnected and any access we hold is revoked; your Sheet and WhatsApp history remain yours.

5. Free pilot, fees and billing

Your first 7 days are a free pilot. During the pilot the service runs in full and no payment is due, no payment instrument is collected, and you are under no obligation to continue. We will ask you once, at the end of the pilot, whether you wish to continue. Billing begins only if you say yes.

After the pilot, the service fee is the amount stated on the website at the time you sign up (founding-cohort pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active). Payment is by UPI or bank transfer against an invoice we issue. No per-message fees are charged by us.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel anytime with one WhatsApp message. Because the free pilot lets you evaluate the service in full before any payment is taken, we do not operate a money-back guarantee on months already begun. The full position is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Reasonable use and limits

The service is for responding to genuine inbound business enquiries. It must not be used for unsolicited bulk marketing, prohibited goods, or unlawful content. We may decline or terminate service (with a pro-rata refund) if usage creates legal or platform risk.

8. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, or for actions of third-party platforms (IndiaMART, WhatsApp/Meta, Google).

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
