Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
Straight answer: we use WhatsApp-app-based automation, not the official Meta API. That is what keeps your per-message cost at zero. Done carelessly, with bulk cold blasts, numbers like this can get restricted. We only reply to buyers who just enquired about you, we throttle sending to human speed, we warm up new numbers gradually, and we recommend a dedicated business number, which we help you set up. If you want fully ban-proof messaging, that is the official Meta API route, which costs per message. We compare both honestly in the table above, and it is written into our Terms.
What does it cost? Any hidden or per-message charges?

Can you see or misuse my leads?
Your leads live in a Google Sheet that you own and control. You can revoke our access any time. We never sell, share, or market to your buyers. The automation exists to reply for you, nothing else.

IndiaMART's Lead Manager sends one fixed, generic template per buyer per 24 hours. We reply personally using the buyer's name and product in under 30 seconds, on WhatsApp and email, then follow up 5 to 7 times until they respond.
